How to Draw a Crystal Ball
Draw a crystal ball in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big ball.
Step 1: Big ball
In the middle of your paper, a little high, draw 1 big circle as big as your fist.
Step 2: Big eyes
In the middle of the ball, draw 2 big round eyes side by side, with black dots and shines.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes, draw a wide U smile from under one eye to under the other. Add 2 oval cheeks.
Step 4: The cup
Start low on the left of the ball. Draw a cup down, across and back up to the right side.
Step 5: Wide foot
From the cup's bottom corners, draw 2 lines flaring out. Join them. Add a line across near the bottom.
Tip A wide foot so the stand will not tip.
Step 6: Shines
In the top left of the ball, draw a long shine along the edge and a short one under it.
Step 7: Sparkles
Around the glass, draw 3 sparkle stars with 4 pointy arms each.
Step 8: Table line
Start left of the stand and rule a long table line under the foot, stopping past the right side.
Step 9: Golden stand
Colour the cup and the foot of the stand yellow, like gold.
Step 10: Pink cheeks, yellow stars
Colour the cheeks pink and the 3 sparkles yellow.
Step 11: Sky glass
Colour the glass sky blue, going around the eyes and cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
