How to Draw a Cat Paw
Draw a cat paw in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: round paw.
Step 1: Round paw
Above the middle, draw a big round paw like a fat egg, narrow end at the bottom.
Step 2: Four toes
On top of the paw, draw 4 egg toes: 2 tall ones in the middle and one each side.
Step 3: The leg
Start low on the paw's left side. Draw a line down. Stop above the paper's bottom. Do the right too.
Step 4: Fluffy end
Start at the end of the left leg line. Draw 5 round fur bumps across. Stop at the right line.
Step 5: Big pad
Inside the paw, low down, draw a big rounded heart for the pad.
Step 6: Two middle beans
Under the 2 tallest toes, inside the paw, draw 2 small egg beans above the pad.
Step 7: Two side beans
Draw one more bean under each outer toe, lower and leaning out.
Step 8: Fur marks
Draw 3 short fur ticks in the middle of the leg, a little below the paw.
Step 9: Grey fur
Colour the paw, toes and leg grey. Leave the big pad and the 4 beans white for now.
Step 10: Pink pads
Colour the big pad and the 4 toe beans pink.
