How to Draw Bubble Letters
Draw bubble letters in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: legs of the a.
Step 1: Legs of the A
On the left, draw a fat bubble A: 2 fat legs leaning in to meet at a rounded point.
Step 2: The crossbar
Across the middle of the A, draw a fat crossbar joining the legs. Rub out the lines inside it.
Step 3: The A's face
On the crossbar, draw 2 round eyes close together with black dots, and a small U smile under them.
Step 4: The big B
Next to the A, draw a fat B: a straight stem, a round top bump and a bigger bump under.
Tip Leave a little gap between the letters.
Step 5: The B's holes
Inside the B, draw 2 small rounded holes, one in each bump, a fat band away from the outline.
Step 6: The B's face
In the middle of the B, between the holes, draw 2 round eyes and a U smile like the A's.
Step 7: The big C
Next to the B, leaving a little gap, draw a fat C curving round like an open mouth.
Step 8: The C's face
On the left side of the C, draw 2 round eyes and a U smile, just like the others.
Step 9: Sparkles
Above the letters, draw 4 sparkle stars, 2 near the sides and 2 over the top.
Step 10: Flat shadow
Under the letters, draw a long flat oval for the shadow. Skip the parts behind the letters.
Step 11: Yellow C and sparkles
Colour the C and the 4 sparkles yellow, leaving the eyes white.
Step 12: Red A
Colour the letter A red, going round the face and leaving the eyes white.
Step 13: Blue B and shadow
Colour the B blue, leaving the eyes white. Colour the shadow grey around the letters. Your bubble letters are done!
