How to Draw a Bubble Letter Z
Draw a bubble letter Z in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big z.
Step 1: The big Z
Draw a fat bubble Z in the middle: a top bar, a slant down to the left, a bottom bar.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and round, like balloons.
Step 2: Two big eyes
On the top bar draw 2 round eyes close together. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, from under the left eye to under the right eye.
Step 4: Burst lines
Around the top of the Z draw 5 short lines pointing out, like a little burst of happiness.
Step 5: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the Z draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 6: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 7: The floor
Draw a long floor line along the bottom of the Z, from left to right.
Step 8: A shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow on the floor under the Z. Rub out the floor line inside it.
Step 9: Yellow sparkles, grey shadow
Go over your lines, then colour the 4 sparkle stars yellow and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Red letter Z
Colour the whole Z red, leaving the eyes white. Your bubble letter Z is done!
