How to Draw a Bubble Letter P
Draw a bubble letter P in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big p.
Step 1: The big P
In the middle draw a fat bubble P: a tall stem with a big round bump at the top right.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and rounded, like balloons, with no sharp corners.
Step 2: The hole
Inside the bump draw a small D for the hole, with round corners. Keep a fat even band all round.
Step 3: 2 big eyes
Just below the hole draw 2 big round eyes, not touching. Add a black dot and a shine to each.
Step 4: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Start under the left eye and stop under the right eye.
Step 5: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the P draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 6: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 7: The floor
Draw a straight floor line under the P, from below the left sparkles to below the right ones.
Step 8: A flat shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow on the floor under the stem. Rub out the floor line inside it.
Step 9: Yellow sparkles, grey shadow
Colour the 4 sparkles yellow and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Red letter P
Go over your lines. Colour the P red, leaving the hole and eyes white. Your bubble letter P is done!
