How to Draw a Bubble Letter I
Draw a bubble letter I in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the tall stem.
Step 1: The tall stem
In the middle of your paper draw a tall fat stem with rounded ends.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and round, like balloons.
Step 2: Two big eyes
On the middle of the stem draw 2 round eyes close together. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, from under the left eye to under the right eye.
Step 4: The top bar
Across the top of the stem draw a fat bar with round corners. Rub out the stem end inside it.
Step 5: The bottom bar
Across the bottom of the stem draw a matching fat bar. Rub out the stem end inside it.
Step 6: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the I draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 7: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 8: Floor and shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow under the I. From each end, draw a floor line out to the side.
Step 9: Yellow sparkles, grey shadow
Go over your lines. Colour the 4 sparkles yellow and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Purple letter I
Colour the whole I purple, leaving the eyes white. Your bubble letter I is done!
