How to Draw a Bubble Letter A
Draw a bubble letter A in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the two legs.
Step 1: The two legs
In the middle of your paper draw 2 fat legs. They lean in and meet at a rounded point.
Tip Bubble letters are fat and rounded like balloons.
Step 2: The crossbar
Below the middle draw a fat crossbar joining the 2 legs, with round corners. Rub out the lines inside it.
Step 3: Two big eyes
On the crossbar draw 2 big round eyes, a little apart. Add a black dot and a shine to each.
Step 4: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Start under the left eye and stop under the right eye.
Step 5: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the A draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 6: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 7: The floor
Draw a straight floor line under the feet, from below the left sparkles to below the right ones.
Step 8: A flat shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow on the floor behind both feet. Rub out the floor line inside it.
Step 9: Yellow sparkles, grey shadow
Colour the 4 sparkles yellow and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Green letter A
Go over your lines. Colour the A green, leaving the hole and eyes white. Your bubble letter A is done!
