How to Draw a Bride
Draw a bride in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave most of the page below for the long dress.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 round eyes with black dots and a tiny eyelash each. Add a U nose, a smile, and eyebrows.
Step 3: Hair and tiara
Draw the hair hugging the head, a finger above the head line, with a fringe. Add a 3-point crown.
Step 4: The veil
Behind her draw a long veil from the hair down past the waist, with a soft round bottom.
Tip The veil hangs behind the head and shoulders.
Step 5: Neck and long dress
From the chin draw 2 neck lines down to a sleeved dress with a long skirt. Add 2 sash lines.
Step 6: Bent arms
From each sleeve draw an arm bent at the elbow, getting thinner as it reaches in to the wrist.
Step 7: Fists
On each wrist draw a round fist. The fists nearly touch in the middle.
Step 8: The bouquet
Draw 3 round flowers above the fists with tiny middles. Add a stem into each fist and 2 leaves.
Step 9: Ground
Along the bottom of the dress draw a long ground line that sticks out past both sides.
Step 10: White dress and veil
Leave the dress and veil white. Colour the tiara and the flower middles yellow.
Step 11: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour pink cheeks, then the face, neck, arms and hands peach around them. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Pink sash, red flowers
Colour the sash pink, and the flowers red around their yellow middles.
Step 13: Brown hair, green leaves
Colour the hair brown around the tiara and the leaves green. Go over your lines and your bride is done.

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a bride, drawn by you.
