How to Draw a Blowing Bubble Gum
Draw a blowing bubble gum in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
In the upper middle of your paper draw a big egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Make it big. The bubble will cover the chin later.
Step 2: Big eyes and lashes
Draw 2 big oval eyes in the middle of the head. Add a black dot, a shine and a lash.
Step 3: Tiny nose
Between the eyes, a little lower, draw a tiny U for the nose.
Step 4: Big bubble
Under the nose draw a big round bubble. It covers the mouth and the chin.
Tip Rub out the chin line inside the bubble.
Step 5: Bubble shine
Near the top left of the bubble draw a small curved bean for the shine.
Step 6: Hair and fringe
Start on the head's left side. Draw hair over the top, then 3 soft bumps back for the fringe.
Step 7: Side hair
Each side, draw hair from the top down past the cheek. Curl it in under the jaw.
Tip Both sides match.
Step 8: Neck and top
From the bubble draw 2 short neck lines down to a V collar. Slope shoulders out, then straight down.
Step 9: Pink bubble
Colour the bubble pink, around the shine. Leave the shine white.
Step 10: Peach skin
Colour the face and neck peach, around the bubble. Leave the eyes and hair white.
Step 11: Blue top
Colour the top blue.
Step 12: Brown hair
Colour the hair brown. Go over your lines. Pop!
