How to Draw a Beach Bag
Draw a beach bag in 12 steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bag.
Step 1: The bag
In the middle draw a wide bag: a long line across the top, and 2 sides slanting in a little.
Tip A big tote stuffed for a day at the seaside.
Step 2: Two big eyes
In the middle of the bag draw 2 round eyes, 1 eye apart. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a U smile, and a small oval cheek on each side of the smile.
Step 4: Top band
Along the top of the bag draw a flat band across, the full width.
Step 5: Handles
On the band draw 2 round strap loops, one near each end, up from the band and back down.
Step 6: Stripes
Draw lines straight down the bag from the band to the bottom: 2 near each edge.
Step 7: Rolled towel
Between the handles draw a rolled towel: a circle, then a spiral from the middle out to the edge.
Step 8: Sunscreen
Beside the towel draw a sunscreen bottle poking out: a tall rounded box with a cap and a label.
Step 9: Ground
Draw a ground line under the bag from left to right.
Step 10: Pink cheeks, yellow cap
Go over your lines, then colour the cheeks pink and the cap yellow. Leave the eyes and the bottle white.
Step 11: Sand bag, red stripes
Colour the bag sand around the face, and the 2 stripes red.
Step 12: Blue towel, brown handles
Colour the towel blue, and the handles and the top band brown. Beach day!
