How to Draw a Bass Boat
Draw a bass boat in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the waves.
Step 1: The waves
Start at the left edge, low on the page. Draw small wave bumps across and stop at the right edge.
Step 2: The long hull
Start on the waves. Curve up to a sharp nose, along the top, one step down. Stop on the waves.
Tip Keep the hull long and low. The front half is the high deck.
Step 3: The deck edge
Start on the nose. Draw a second line just under the top, with the same step. Stop at the back.
Step 4: The console
Start on the low deck behind the step. Draw a small box with round corners and stop on the deck.
Step 5: The windscreen
Start on top of the console. Draw a thin blade sweeping up and back, and stop on the console.
Step 6: The driver's seat
Start on the deck behind the console. Draw a seat like a fat L and stop on the deck.
Step 7: Seat on a post
On the high front deck draw a thin post. On top of it draw the same fat L seat.
Step 8: Outboard motor
On the back corner of the hull draw a big rounded motor top, a bit taller than wide.
Step 9: The motor leg
Start under the motor. Draw a line down and stop on the waves. Add a band across the motor.
Step 10: Sky blue windscreen
Colour the windscreen sky blue. Colour the deck edge, the console and the post light grey.
Step 11: Red seats
Colour both seats red, the one on the post and the one behind the console.
Step 12: Blue water
Colour the water blue, from the waves down to the bottom of the page.
Step 13: Teal hull, dark motor
Go over your lines. Colour the hull teal below the deck edge. Colour the motor and its leg dark grey.
