How to Draw a Stuffed Fox

Draw a stuffed fox in 14 easy steps, about 11 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big head.

Step 1: Big head
Near the top, draw a big head like an egg on its side, with a soft point at the chin.
Tip The head is almost half of the whole fox.
Step 2: Big pointy ears
On each top corner of the head, draw a big pointy ear with a small triangle inside.
Step 3: Two big eyes
Halfway down the head, draw 2 big round eyes. Add a big black dot and a shine in each.
Step 4: Pale muzzle and nose
Across the bottom of the head, draw a wide M from cheek to cheek. Add a round black nose in the dip.
Step 5: A little smile
Start under the nose. Draw a short line down to a little W smile, stopping under each eye.
Step 6: Round belly
Start under the left cheek. Draw a pear body and stop under the right cheek. Add a round tummy patch.
Tip The body is narrower than the head.
Step 7: Hugging arms
Under each cheek, draw a fat sausage arm that bends in to a round mitten beside the tummy patch.
Step 8: Haunches and feet
Under each arm, draw a C haunch and a flat foot with 2 toe lines.
Step 9: A ground line
Draw a straight ground line under both feet.
Step 10: A bow
Under the chin, draw a round knot with a teardrop loop on each side for a bow.
Step 11: Bushy tail
From behind the right haunch, draw a big bushy tail curling up. Draw a wavy line across its tip.
Step 12: A toy seam
From the top of the head, draw a wobbly seam down, stopping above the eyes. Cross it with 2 stitches.
Step 13: Cream muzzle, tail tip
Colour the muzzle, inner ears, tummy patch, feet and tail tip cream.
Step 14: Ginger fur, blue bow
Colour the rest of the fox ginger, around the cream parts. Colour the bow blue. Keep the eyes white.
