How to Draw Pancreas
Draw pancreas in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bumpy top.
Step 1: The bumpy top
Start at the left. Draw 9 soft bumps up, over a fat head and along, stopping at the far right.
Tip Let the line climb a little as it goes right.
Step 2: The bumpy bottom
From the right end draw bumps back underneath. Dip down round the fat head and join the start.
Tip It looks like a fat tadpole: a big head and a thin tail.
Step 3: The curved tube
Round the head draw a fat C tube. Start above the head and stop under it, with flat ends.
Tip The tube tucks behind the head, so do not draw inside the head.
Step 4: The duct
Start on the head's left edge. Draw a thin tube along the middle, round near the tail, and back.
Tip Make it thinner and thinner towards the tail.
Step 5: Little branches
Draw 4 short lines growing from the thin tube, 2 above and 2 below, all leaning towards the tail.
Step 6: Sparkles
Draw 3 sparkle stars: one above the pancreas, one below it, and a small one by the tail.
Step 7: Yellow sparkles
Colour the 3 sparkles yellow.
Step 8: Yellow pancreas
Colour the bumpy pancreas yellow too. Go around the thin tube and leave it white for now.
Step 9: Pink tube
Colour the fat curved tube pink, right up to the head.
Step 10: Orange duct
Colour the thin tube inside the pancreas orange. Go over your lines, and your pancreas is done!
