How to Draw Paisley
Draw paisley in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the paisley.
Step 1: The paisley
Draw a big fat teardrop with a tail on top that gets thinner as it curls over to the right.
Tip Like a comma or a mango.
Step 2: 2 big eyes
On the paisley draw 2 round eyes close together. Colour a big black dot in each, leaving a shine.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, eye to eye, and a tiny sideways oval cheek beside each end.
Step 4: Inner line
Draw a second line all the way round inside the paisley, a finger in from the edge, making a band.
Step 5: Dots on the border
In the middle of the band draw a trail of little dots all the way round, some big, some small.
Step 6: Sparkles
Draw 4 sparkle stars round the paisley, 2 on each side.
Step 7: The floor
Under the paisley draw a long floor line, from under the left sparkles to under the right ones.
Step 8: Pink middle, yellow sparkles
Colour the middle and cheeks pink, leaving the eyes white. Colour the 4 sparkles yellow.
Step 9: Yellow dots
Colour every little dot in the band yellow.
Step 10: Purple band
Go over your lines. Colour the band and the tail purple, going around the dots. Your paisley is done!
