How to Draw Lockers

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw lockers in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the middle locker.

Print

  1. Step 1: The middle locker

In the middle of your paper draw a tall thin box with soft corners, twice as tall as wide.

Tip Leave room on each side for 2 more lockers.

  2. Step 2: Two big eyes

On the locker draw 2 big round eyes a finger apart. Add a black dot and white shine in each.

  3. Step 3: Smile and cheeks

Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Add a little oval cheek beside each end.

  4. Step 4: Lockers on each side

Draw another tall box touching the left side, and one touching the right. Now 3 lockers stand in a row.

  5. Step 5: Door lines

Inside each locker draw a second tall box a little in from the edges, for the door.

  6. Step 6: Vent slots

Near the top of each door draw 3 short lines across, one under the other, like a little ladder.

  7. Step 7: Handles

Low on the right side of each door draw a tiny tall box for the handle.

  8. Step 8: The floor

Draw a floor line from the left edge to the right edge, just touching the bottom of the lockers.

  9. Step 9: Cheeks and handles

Colour the cheeks pink and the handles grey. Leave the eyes white.

  10. Step 10: Blue doors, navy frames

Go over your lines. Colour the doors blue around the face and handles, and the frames navy.
