How to Draw a Ghost Boy
Draw a ghost boy in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big egg head.
Step 1: Big egg head
Near the top of your paper draw a big egg for the head, a little wider near the bottom.
Tip Leave room under it for the sheet, legs and shoes.
Step 2: Two eye holes
Below the middle of the head draw 2 tall oval eye holes. Colour them black, leaving a tiny white shine.
Step 3: Smile hole
Low on the head draw a smile-shaped hole: a flat line with a bowl curve under it. Colour it black.
Step 4: The sheet
Start on the left cheek. Draw the sheet with 5 round bumps along the bottom. Stop on the right cheek.
Step 5: Two little arms
Start on the sheet under the cheek. Draw a stubby arm out and stop on the sheet. Do both sides.
Step 6: Legs peeking out
Start on the wavy hem. Draw 2 lines down to the ankle, closer at the bottom. Do both legs.
Step 7: Sneakers and ground
Under each leg draw a sneaker with a round top, flat sole and toe cap. Add a ground line.
Step 8: Candy bucket
Draw a bucket under one arm. From its rim, arch a handle behind the arm tip, back to the rim.
Step 9: White sheet
Go over your lines. Leave the head, the sheet and the arms white, like a bed sheet.
Step 10: Peach legs, orange bucket
Colour the legs peach and the candy bucket orange.
Step 11: Blue sneakers
Colour the sneakers blue. Your ghost boy is ready for trick or treat!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a ghost boy, drawn by you.
