Print

  1. Step 1: Furry head

In the upper middle, draw a wolf head: a dome on top, 3 fur tufts each side, a round chin.

Tip Leave room above for the nightcap.

  2. Step 2: Two upright ears

On each top corner of the head, draw a wide ear standing up. Add a smaller triangle inside.

  3. Step 3: Big eyes

Below the middle of the head, draw 2 big round eyes, one eye apart. Add a black dot in each.

  4. Step 4: Long snout

Under the eyes, draw a big teardrop snout, wide at the top, narrowing past the chin to a round tip.

  5. Step 5: Nose and smile

In the middle of the snout, draw a big black triangle nose. From its point, draw a little w smile.

  6. Step 6: Grandma's glasses

Draw a big round glasses ring round each eye, and a short curve between them for the bridge.

  7. Step 7: Frilly nightcap

Between the ears, draw a puffy cap on the head. Add 4 bumps under it and a pompom on top.

  8. Step 8: Frilled collar

Under the chin draw a frilled collar: a line down from each cheek, joined by a row of 7 round bumps.

  9. Step 9: The quilt

Below the collar, draw a wavy line across the page, then box in the quilt below. Add 2 stitch lines.

  10. Step 10: The pillow

Behind the head, draw a big soft pillow, from above the pompom down to the quilt.

  11. Step 11: Grey fur

Colour the head and ears grey. Leave the eyes white, and the snout, cap frill and inner ears for later.

  12. Step 12: Cream snout, pink cap

Colour the snout and the inside of each ear cream, and the nightcap, its frill and the collar pink.

  13. Step 13: Blue quilt, white pillow

Colour the quilt blue and leave the pillow white. Go over your lines. What big eyes you have, grandma!
