How to Draw an Evil Eye

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw an evil eye in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bead.

Print

  1. Step 1: The bead

In the middle of your paper draw 1 big round circle, about as wide as your hand.

  2. Step 2: The white ring

Inside it draw a second circle, a thumb in, all the way round.

  3. Step 3: The blue ring

Inside that draw a third circle, a finger in again.

  4. Step 4: The middle

In the very middle draw a small circle and colour it black: the eye is looking at you.

  5. Step 5: Cap and cord

Draw a small round cap on the bead, with a tiny loop. Draw a short cord up from it.

  6. Step 6: The tassel

Under the bead draw a small oval knot, and 4 short lines hanging down from it, spreading a little.

  7. Step 7: Shine and sparkles

Up on the left inside the bead draw 1 short curve following the edge. Add 3 sparkle stars around.

  8. Step 8: Yellow cap and tassel

Colour the cap, the loop, the tassel knot and the sparkles yellow.

  9. Step 9: White and sky rings

Colour the second ring white and the third ring sky blue, around the black middle, like a big eye.

  10. Step 10: Navy bead

Colour the outside ring navy blue, around the white ring. Go over your lines and your charm is ready!
