How to Draw an Electronics Kit
Draw an electronics kit in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the board.
Step 1: The board
Across the middle of your paper draw a big wide board with soft corners.
Step 2: The bulb
On the right of the board draw a big round bulb, with a short box under it for the base.
Step 3: Two big eyes
On the bulb draw 2 big egg eyes. Add a big black dot in each, with a white shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile. Add a small flat cheek beside each eye.
Step 5: Battery pack
On the left of the board draw a battery pack box with a plus sign and a minus dash.
Step 6: The switch
Above the middle of the board draw a small switch box with a dot. Add a short lever slanting up.
Step 7: Snap wires
Draw wires from the battery pack up to the switch, across to the bulb, and along to the base.
Step 8: Glow rays
Round the top of the bulb draw 4 short dashes pointing out like sun rays.
Step 9: Sparkles
Above the board draw 3 little 4-point sparkles, to make it shine.
Step 10: Yellow bulb
Go over your lines. Colour the bulb and sparkles yellow, around the eyes and cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Pink cheeks, red switch
Colour the cheeks pink. Colour the switch and the snap dots red.
Step 12: Grey battery and base
Colour the battery pack and the bulb base grey.
Step 13: Blue board
Colour the board blue, around the bulb, switch, battery and snap dots.

Your finished drawing
