How to Draw a Dust Bunny

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a dust bunny in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: fluffy ball.

Print

  1. Step 1: Fluffy ball

In the middle draw a big fluffy ball: a circle with soft bumps all the way round, like a cloud.

Tip Keep the bumps small and soft, not pointy.

  2. Step 2: Two big eyes

Above the middle of the ball draw 2 big round eyes, a gap apart. Black dot and shine in each.

  3. Step 3: Bunny ears

On top of the ball draw 2 tall ears, a gap apart, from the bumpy top up and back down.

  4. Step 4: Inside the ears

Inside each ear draw a thinner ear shape for the soft inside, stopping a little above the ball.

  5. Step 5: Nose, smile and tooth

Under the eyes draw a small black nose, then a little smile with one small tooth in the middle.

  6. Step 6: Little feet

Under the middle of the ball draw 2 little round feet side by side, poking out of the fluff.

  7. Step 7: Dust specks

Around the ball draw 3 tiny solid dots for floating dust, not touching the fluff.

  8. Step 8: Ground line

Draw a flat ground line under the feet, from well left of the bunny to well right.

  9. Step 9: Pink ears and cheeks

Go over your lines, then colour the inside of each ear pink and a small pink oval on each cheek.

  10. Step 10: Grey fluff

Colour the ball, ears and feet grey around the pink. Leave the eyes and tooth white. All done!
