How to Draw a Cookie-Loving Monster
Draw a cookie-loving monster in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big egg body.
Step 1: Big egg body
In the middle, draw a big egg, rounder at the top and wide at the bottom. Its bottom sits flat.
Tip The egg is the head and the body in one.
Step 2: Fur bumps and horns
On top, draw 3 soft round fur bumps. Beside them, draw 2 little horns curving up to round tips.
Tip Rub out the body line under the fur bumps.
Step 3: Two big eyes
Above the middle, draw 2 big round eyes, a gap apart. Add a black dot and white shine in each.
Step 4: Open smile
Under the eyes, draw a wide open smile: a gentle line across and a round U below.
Step 5: Tooth and tongue
Hang 1 little tooth from the top line. Add a round tongue that starts and stops on the mouth bottom.
Step 6: Short arms
Start on each side. Draw a short arm curving in to a round mitten, then back to the side.
Tip Rub out the body line inside each arm.
Step 7: Bitten cookie
Above the mittens, draw a round cookie with a bite out of the top. Add 3 little chips.
Tip Stop the cookie line where it meets each mitten.
Step 8: Feet and ground
At the bottom, draw 2 round feet poking out. Draw a ground line under the monster from left to right.
Step 9: Tan and pink
Colour the cookie and horns tan, around the chips. Colour the tongue pink. Leave the eyes and tooth white.
Step 10: Blue monster
Colour the body, fur bumps, arms and feet blue, around the eyes, mouth and cookie.
Step 11: Black mouth, brown chips
Colour the mouth black, around the tooth and tongue. Colour the 3 chips brown.
