How to Draw a Businessman
Draw a businessman in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave most of the page below for the body and legs.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 eyes, 2 eyebrows, a nose and a smile. Add 2 C ears, starting and ending on the head.
Step 3: Short hair
Start on the left of the head by the eyebrows. Draw soft tufts over the top, stopping on the right.
Step 4: Neck and jacket
Draw 2 neck lines and round shoulders. From under one shoulder, draw the jacket down, across, up to the other.
Step 5: Tie and collar
Draw a long pointy tie under the chin. From each neck line's bottom, slant a line down to the tie.
Step 6: Long sleeves
From each shoulder and each armpit, draw a curved line down to the wrist. Add 2 cuffs across the sleeves.
Step 7: Mitten hands
Under each sleeve draw a mitten hand: a round egg bottom with a little thumb pointing in.
Step 8: Briefcase
Draw a wide box under the left hand. Its handle starts and ends on the top, curving behind the hand.
Step 9: Trousers
Start at the jacket's bottom left. Draw 2 long trouser legs and end at the jacket's bottom right.
Step 10: Shoes and ground
Under each leg draw a long rounded shoe, toe pointing out. Draw a ground line under the shoes.
Step 11: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour pink cheeks, then the face, ears, neck and hands peach around them. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Brown briefcase and hair
Colour the hair, the briefcase and the shoes brown.
Step 13: Navy suit, red tie
Colour the jacket, sleeves and trousers navy, the tie red and the shirt white. Your businessman is done!
