How to Draw a Boxer Dog
Draw a boxer dog in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big soft head.
Step 1: Big soft head
Near the top, draw a big soft head, flat on top and full at the cheeks.
Step 2: Folded ears
Start on the head near the top left. Draw a soft flap ear hanging down, back to the head. Repeat.
Step 3: Eyes and wrinkles
Above the middle of the head, draw 2 eggy eyes with black dots and shines. Add 2 wrinkles above.
Step 4: Muzzle and stripe
Under the eyes, draw a square muzzle with droopy corners. Add a black nose and a stripe between the eyes.
Step 5: Jowls and tongue
From the nose, draw a line down to a w smile. Hang a U tongue between 2 jowl curves.
Step 6: The body
Start under each cheek. Draw a big C down to near the bottom. Join the ends with a saggy line.
Step 7: Collar, tag and bib
Start on one side. Draw 2 sagging curves across to the other. Hang a round tag and a U bib.
Step 8: Front legs
From the collar, draw a leg down into a round paw on each side of the bib. Add 2 toes.
Step 9: Back paws and tail
At each bottom corner of the body, draw a hill paw with 2 toes. Add a stubby tail.
Step 10: The ground
Draw a long ground line across under all 4 paws.
Step 11: Tan fur
Colour the fur tan, around the muzzle and collar. Leave the eyes, stripe, bib and front paws white.
Step 12: Pink tongue, red collar
Colour the tongue pink and the collar red.
Step 13: Dark grey mask
Colour the muzzle dark grey like a mask, around the nose and the tongue.
