Print

  1. Step 1: Long bar

Across the middle, draw a long thin bar lying flat, about half as wide as the page, with round ends.

Tip Like a long flat hot dog.

  2. Step 2: Two big plates

At each end of the bar, draw a big tall rounded box standing up, touching the bar's end.

  3. Step 3: Two small plates

Outside each big plate, draw a slightly smaller rounded box, touching it.

  4. Step 4: Collars

Where the bar meets each big plate, draw a small rounded block round the bar.

  5. Step 5: Shines

Down each big plate, draw 1 short curved shine line near its outer edge.

  6. Step 6: Floor and shadow

Draw a floor line along the bottom of the plates. Add a long flat oval shadow under the barbell.

  7. Step 7: Grip lines

Across the middle of the bar, draw 5 short grip lines from its top edge to its bottom edge.

  8. Step 8: Sparkles

Draw 2 small sparkle stars in the top corners.

  9. Step 9: Yellow stars

Go over your lines. Colour the 2 sparkle stars yellow.

  10. Step 10: Light grey bar

Colour the bar and the collars light grey.

  11. Step 11: Dark grey plates

Colour the shadow light grey, then all 4 plates dark grey. Your barbell is done!
