How to Draw Iced Tea
Draw iced tea in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the glass.
Step 1: The glass
Start on the left above the middle. Draw down, across the bottom and up, stopping level with where you started.
Tip Tall like a tower.
Step 2: The rim
Start at the top left end and draw a flat rim oval across to the right end and back.
Step 3: Ice cubes
In the top of the glass draw 2 tilted squares with soft corners for ice cubes, side by side.
Step 4: A lemon wedge
On the left of the rim draw a lemon wedge like a pizza slice, its point hooked on the rim.
Step 5: Wedge lines
Inside the wedge draw a curve just inside the round edge, and 2 lines from the point out toward it.
Step 6: Straw and mint
Start on the rim's front edge. Draw a straw leaning up and right with 2 stripes, and a mint leaf.
Step 7: The shine
Draw a thin stripe down the left side of the glass for a shine.
Step 8: The ground
Draw a flat ground line under the glass, starting left of it and stopping right of it.
Step 9: Yellow lemon, sky ice
Go over your lines, then colour the lemon wedge yellow and the ice cubes sky blue.
Step 10: Ginger tea
Colour the tea ginger around the ice cubes, and the top of the tea light brown. Leave the shine white.
Step 11: Green mint, red straw
Colour the mint leaf green and the straw red, leaving its 2 stripes white.
