How to Draw a Crocodile Face
Draw a crocodile face in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Draw a long flat head across the page, snout tip on the left and an eye bump at the back.
Step 2: Big eye
On the bump at the back draw one big round eye with a big black dot, leaving a white shine.
Step 3: Open mouth
Draw a long smiling crescent mouth along the snout, from the tip back toward the eye, like a banana.
Step 4: Top teeth
Hang 5 pointy triangle teeth from the top lip, inside the mouth, a little apart, points down.
Step 5: Bottom teeth
Stand 4 smaller triangle teeth on the bottom lip, points up, in the gaps between the top teeth.
Step 6: Nostril and jaw
Draw a tiny nostril at the tip. From the mouth's back corner curve a jaw line down to the bottom.
Step 7: Little bumps
Draw 3 little hills on the snout in front of the eye and 3 on the back of the head.
Step 8: Scaly spots
Draw 3 little oval spots on the cheek behind the eye, in a gentle curve.
Step 9: Cream jaw, pink mouth
Colour the bottom jaw cream and the inside of the mouth pink, leaving the teeth white.
Step 10: Colour the crocodile green
Colour the head and bumps green, around the mouth, jaw, eye and spots. Colour the spots dark green.
Tip Leave the eye white. Your crocodile is done!
