Print

  1. Step 1: Big kite shape

Near the middle draw one big kite shape: a point on top, one each side, and a long point below.

Tip A kite shape has 2 short sides on top and 2 long sides below.

  2. Step 2: Two big eyes

In the middle of the kite draw 2 round eyes. Colour a black dot in each, leaving a white shine.

  3. Step 3: A smile

Under the eyes draw a small U smile, from under the left eye to under the right eye.

  4. Step 4: Rosy cheeks

Beside the ends of the smile draw a tiny sideways oval on each side.

  5. Step 5: A shine

In the top left of the kite draw one short curved shine line.

  6. Step 6: Sparkles on the left

On the left of the kite draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.

  7. Step 7: Sparkles on the right

Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.

  8. Step 8: Floor and shadow

Draw a flat oval shadow under the kite's point. From each end, draw a floor line out to the side.

  9. Step 9: Pink cheeks, yellow sparkles

Colour the cheeks rosy pink and the sparkles yellow.

  10. Step 10: Teal kite, grey shadow

Leave the eyes white. Colour the kite teal around the cheeks, and the shadow grey. Your kite shape is done!
